Local Delivery:

Most local deliveries within the East Bay and San Francisco can be arranged for $79–$100 and are typically completed within a few days. This rate doesn’t apply to all items and does not cover areas like San Jose, Santa Rosa, Napa Area, or Sacramento, which may incur higher fees. If you're unsure, please reach out before purchasing.

Shipping (Outside the Bay Area):

If you're ordering online, please email us before purchasing for a shipping quote. We’ll need:

– Phone number

– The item you're interested in

If shipping isn’t charged at checkout, your order won’t ship until it’s paid. We’ll send a custom quote. Shipping is handled by FedEx, UPS, or white glove carriers. Rates are set by the carriers and out of our control.

International buyers: email us at enlivenmart@gmail.com to place an order. All items are insured, but shipping is at your own risk. If a package is lost or damaged, the buyer must file the claim. No refunds for lost/damaged international shipments.

Returns: All sales are final. In Buyer pays return shipping for any new item. Restocking fees may apply.

All sales are final. No returns or cancellations. Everything is sold as-is, so please measure carefully and ask questions before purchasing. We’re happy to send more photos or videos upon request.

Vintage pieces may show signs of age and wear—that’s part of their charm.

Pick-Up:

Items must be picked up within 5 days of purchase. Need more time? Email us to arrange storage (fees may apply).

For pickups, bring a blanket or padding—especially for large or fragile items. We’ll help you wrap and load, but we’re not responsible for any damage to your item or vehicle during loading.

Items left over 30 days will be considered abandoned and may be donated or placed in storage with monthly fees.

Designer/Trade Discount:

We keep our pricing fair and competitive for everyone—no extra discounts for trade accounts.
