We set a very high standard and use a meticulous screening process to only intake items that are of the best quality and condition. We don’t carry any furniture that is poorly built, or built  with cheap materials that will only last a few months. Why should I buy pre-owned furniture? 

In addition to the financial benefits, shopping with us also has a positive impact on the environment. By choosing to purchase from us, you are supporting a retailer that is dedicated to promoting sustainability. We only select items that were made with materials and processes that have the smallest impact on nature, which helps to reduce waste and preserve our planet for future generations. So, when you shop with us, you can feel good about where your hard-earned dollars are going. 

Do you offer Delivery?

Yes, we deliver around the SF Bay Area. Rate depend on the item's size and building layout. We offer very competitive rate just to cover the cost as we don't aim to make money on delivery fee. 

Are your items from locations where there were pets or smoking?

That depends. During the screening process, we make sure to inquire if they are pet dander-, hair-, and scent-free and smoke free. While the majority of our items are from pet- and smoke-free homes, some items graced the homes of pet owners. We fully clean and sanitize with environmentally friendly substances only, of course every item we receive. But if someone, who you expect will get within a few feet of a piece for more than a moment or two at a time, has a pet allergy, we recommend only buying items that we certify are from pet-free homes. 

 

Do you provide a discount or accept any offer? 

We operate on a radically transparent pricing policy. This means all items are listed at heavily price to sell, and reviewed as often as weekly to make sure they're current. We don't reserve items at high price to negotiate and frankly we hate cat and mouse game and simply cut to the chase and set a fair upfront price. Unless you're buying multiple items we don't negotiate our price. 

We do occasionally reduce the price. Essentially, you're always looking at the current, discounted total. We strongly believe that transparency saves everyone involved money and time.
