Here, the enlarged wooden cover caps in the armrests conceal the screws that secure the upholstery to the frame. Positioned slightly back and with the grain running transversely to the legs, these caps are both functional and decorative, showcasing Wegner’s meticulous eye for craftsmanship.
The sofa is built on a solid rosewood frame with firm upholstery, balanced by loose seat and back cushions that introduce softness to the clean-lined form. Wegner’s innovation of down-wrapped foam cushions added a new level of comfort while retaining structural precision.

Items left over 30 days will be considered abandoned and may be donated or placed in storage with monthly fees.
