One of the pieces in Milo Baughman's early collections, this chaise so impressed Thayer Coggin that it helped forge their relationship and led to an enduring partnership. Created in 1953, the angular chaise embodies the clean-lined comfort of Baughman's iconic designs. Dramatically raked tubular steel legs support a squared-off seat. Thayer Coggin, a master furniture maker based in North Carolina, continues to craft each one by hand.
